The available hotels cannot accommodate all 150 participants in a single location. Therefore, as in previous editions, participants will be randomly assigned across the available hotels. If you wish to stay with a specific person, please indicate this in the registration form.
To reach the university campus from the hotel, it is suggested that you take the pedestrian entrance on the main road, just in front of Porta Romana. This may not be visible directly on Google Maps, but it will save you a lot of time. The picture shows the route from the Hotel Mini Palace to the university entrance.
